This a site that exists because of my struggle with pornography addiction. I hope that open and honest discussion of my problem and helpful links will be a valuable resource to those who also struggle against pornography addiction.
I've been hearing and reading a lot lately about how addiction is related to the pleasure centers in your brain. Some have gone as far as to say that addiction to pornography can be as powerful as addiction to heroin because of the synaptic pathways that are formed in your brain are just as strong for either.
My struggle is gone now that I have broken the pattern and realized how betrayed my girlfriend felt when I did slip and look at porn.
I'm reading a book called Every Man's Battle: Every Man's Guide To Winning The War on Sexual Temptation One Victory at a Time by Stephen Arterburn. It's very good so far. It is by no means written by a prude.

Ok, this site is back. I will be working to make it better as I go along.
History will teach us nothing: I began this blog several months ago to sort of, through writing here, work through my addiction to pornography. I received some very positive feedback and some more moderate feedback. I saw this blog going nowhere so I shut it down. Now I'm back and I will continue to make it grow and hopefully it will be useful to some. I'm open to any suggestions or criticisms anyone might have.
